Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary covers 28 000 acres of land and is adjacent to Tsavo West National Park, Kenya. Guests can see the Big Five animals in this area and over 300 species of bird, including Ostrich, Eagle and Vulture.

Climate
Early morning and evening tend to be quite cool, but year round the temperature is between 18 and 30 degrees C or 67 and 91 degrees F. Rainy periods occur during November and December, and also from March through to May with clear mornings and some scattered showers later in the day and evening.
